Getting started
How do I connect to BurjVPN?
Download the app for your platform from the Download page, sign in with your BurjVPN account, choose a server, and tap Connect.
How does the free trial work?
New accounts receive 48 hours of full access. No credit card is required. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per device.
Account & billing
How many devices can I use?
Device limits depend on your plan. Monthly and quarterly plans typically allow 5 devices; annual plans may allow more. Check your plan details in the dashboard.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, and cryptocurrency including BTC, ETH, and USDT through NOWPayments.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in to your dashboard, open Account, and cancel your active subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period.
How do refunds work?
See our Refund Policy for full details. In general, paid periods are non-refundable except for billing errors or cases required by law. Contact support for billing disputes.
Troubleshooting
I cannot connect to a server
Try another server location, confirm your subscription is active, restart the client, and check that your local firewall allows VPN traffic. If the issue persists, open a support ticket.
My connection is slow
Choose a server closer to your location, switch protocol if your client supports it, and avoid peak hours when possible. Server status is published on our Status page.
Privacy
Does BurjVPN keep logs?
We maintain a strict no-logs policy for browsing activity. We collect only the account, billing, and operational data described in our Privacy Policy.
