By creating a BurjVPN account, downloading our software, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BurjVPN.

BurjVPN provides encrypted VPN connectivity, account management, subscription billing, and client software for supported platforms. Features, server locations, and performance may change as we improve the network.

We offer a 48-hour free trial for eligible new accounts. Trial eligibility may be limited per device to prevent abuse.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a paid plan.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

You agree not to use BurjVPN to:

• Engage in illegal activity, including fraud, harassment, or distribution of malware.
• Attack, scan, or disrupt networks, servers, or other users.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
• Circumvent technical restrictions or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

Paid plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. Prices, plan limits, and device caps are displayed on our pricing page and may change for future purchases with notice.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Failed or reversed payments may result in service suspension until resolved.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary outages. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BurjVPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
